Summary:

Marnell Hospitality is a family-owned investment entity in Nongaming Branded Hotels. Marnell Properties negotiated and executed an agreement with the Morongo Band of Mission Indians and subsequently partnered with Tharaldson Hospitality to own and operate a 200-room dual branded hotel at the Morongo Hotel Casino in Cabazon, California. The hotel will carry the Hampton Inn and Home-2-Suites dual branded flags and is a 50-50 JV with Tharaldson Hospitality.
